VIRGIN SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS & AGREEMENT:
DEPOSIT DUE AT BOOKING – A $500 non-refundable cabin fare deposit + $456 Refundable taxes and port fees due upon initial order.
DEPOSIT DUE AT BOOKING FOR ROCKSTAR SUITES: ROCKSTAR SUITES REQUIRE A $2000 DEPOSIT + $456 for taxes and Port fees at Booking.
Remaining balance will be made in 2 equal payments scheduled for September 1st (half the remaining balance) and then again on January 2, 2027 (the final balance due). These will be automated payments made on the Credit Card on file for initial purchase.
ONCE BOOKED ALL FARE DEPOSITS AND BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE Each Contract payment becomes non-refundable once completed. You may cancel at any time and owe no future contract payment . All subscription payments collected up until a cancellation are non-refundable. Taxes and Port fees are refundable up until 72 hours before embarkation.
All bookings are transferable to another guest with proper written notice to Fellow-Ship Vacations. Subscription payments are transferable to another guest with proper written agreements.
